Accessibility Statement

1. Our standard

ACFN wants everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to use our websites, learn about our franchise and ATM placement services, and contact us easily.

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium, and we review the Sites against them as we add new pages and features.

2. What we do

• Use clear headings, labels and page structure that work with screen readers.
• Make the Sites usable with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator.
• Provide text alternatives for meaningful images.
• Maintain sufficient color contrast and text that can be enlarged without losing content.
• Reduce motion and animation when your device is set to reduce motion.
• Label form fields and describe errors in text, not by color alone.

3. Known limitations

Some content comes from third parties, such as embedded video players, maps and newsletter archives, and may not fully meet our standard. Where spoken content appears in video, we aim to provide captions or a text alternative. If you cannot access something, contact us and we will provide the information in another way.

Accessibility is ongoing work. We will keep testing the Sites, including with assistive technologies, and update this statement as we improve them.
