Text Message Terms

1. What we send

These Text Message Terms apply to text messages sent by ACFN Franchised, Inc. (“ACFN”). By opting in, you agree to these terms, our Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

ACFN sends text messages about the inquiry you made, for example:

• Franchise inquiries: territory availability, call and meeting scheduling, follow-up on information you requested, and notices about our Franchise Disclosure Document.
• ATM placement: quotes, site surveys, installation scheduling and service updates for your location.
• Offers and news: occasional updates about ACFN, if you have agreed to receive marketing messages.

2. How you opt in

You opt in by entering your mobile number and agreeing on one of our forms, such as Check My Area, or by texting us first. On our ATM placement request form, providing a phone number means you agree to texts unless you tick the box to opt out of them. Messages may be sent using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

3. Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies with your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.

4. How to stop messages

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You can also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT or STOPALL, or tell us in any other reasonable way, such as by calling or emailing us. We will send one message confirming that you have opted out and will honor your request promptly, and within 10 business days at the latest. To start receiving messages again, reply START.

5. Help

Reply HELP to any message for help, or call (888) 444-2236 for franchise inquiries or 1-888-855-2236 for ATM placement.

6. Carriers

Messages are available on major U.S. wireless carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed and may be affected by factors outside our control.

7. Your number

You confirm that you are the account holder for the mobile number you provide, or that you have the account holder's permission. If you change or give up your number, please reply STOP from that number or tell us, so that we do not text its next owner.

8. Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except the service providers that deliver our messages. See our Privacy Policy for more.

9. Changes

We may change these terms or end the text-message program at any time. The effective date at the top shows the latest version.
